1. Legal basis for data processing.
The legal grounds for data processing are, in particular, parts 1, 5 of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Private Data".

2. User's consent to the processing of personal data
By sending a message through the feedback forms posted on the site, the site user expresses his consent to the use of data in this Political volume.

6. Term for processing personal data          
The data provided by the user is processed indefinitely. The processing of personal data is terminated if the user of the site withdraws consent to the processing of personal data or deletes his account.

7. Rights of the subject of personal data          
The subject of personal data has the right to send a request to the site administrator for information regarding the processing of his personal data in accordance with the requirements of Article 14 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".          

This request can be sent to the "Support Service".

8. Protection of personal data          The company takes measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations stipulated by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" and the regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it. The company independently determines the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of such obligations.

Only authorized employees of the Company have access to personal data. All employees of the Company who have access to personal data must adhere to a policy to ensure confidentiality and protection of personal data. In order to ensure the confidentiality of information and the protection of personal data, the Company maintains an appropriate IT environment and takes all measures necessary to prevent unauthorized access.
